GERMANY –   The Hettich Group (Kirchlengern, Germany), a leading global manufacturer of furniture fittings , has once again been awarded the Best Place to Learn seal, achieving the recognition for the fourth consecutive time.

The independent survey conducted by AUBI-plus confirmed the family-owned company’s above-average training quality, with a score of 1,142 out of 1,337 points and a grade of “good.”

The certificate, valid until 2028, confirms that training at Hettich offers not only a successful career start but also long-term personal and professional development. “I’m very pleased with this renewed certification. The results show we are doing many things right, while still leaving room for improvement,” said Dirk Bartz, Training Manager at Hettich. He emphasized that the award reflects the dedication of many employees who contribute daily to training.

A total of 152 out of 208 invited participants —including current trainees, alumni, and trainers— took part in the survey. Hettich excelled in recruiting new trainees, onboarding, and fostering professional identification with the company. Managing Director Lars Bohlmann highlighted the personal aspect: “I’m impressed that our young people say so early on: ‘Yes, I’d recommend Hettich as an employer.’ That is more than a seal; it’s a vote of confidence in our culture and the people shaping it.”

The certification is based on a scientifically recognized quality model with seven areas and 72 criteria. It is renewed every three years, ensuring training quality over time.
