SWITZERLAND – On October 15, 2024, Hawa Sliding Solutions AG acquired the Klein group, headquartered in Barcelona, Spain. Both companies are leaders in the sliding door solutions market, and this acquisition strengthens Hawa’s global position.

Founded in 1931, Klein is recognized for its innovative approach to natural interior design. The company employs 65 people, including five in New Jersey, USA. Klein enhances Hawa’s portfolio with sliding and folding door systems, as well as outdoor solutions.

The existing locations in Switzerland and Spain will remain unchanged, and the Klein management team will continue in their roles. This acquisition aims to drive long-term growth, promoting Hawa and Klein as distinct retail brands in international markets.
