SPAIN – Josep Colomer is stepping down from the presidency of Lamigraf to make way for the second generation to assume the leadership of the family owned company.
In his place his son Pep Colomer was appointed as CEO and shareholder as announced by the company’s founder through a communication to the market that follows:
“In the past years we have undergone some restructuring and management changes aimed at strengthening Lamigraf, which have yielded a healthy company prepared to take on the challenges that the future will bring us.
In order to ensure a smooth generational transition and to further prepare our firm, I am pleased to announce the appointment of my son Pep Colomer as CEO and shareholder.
On the same note Mr. Harald Purainer is also joining the company as shareholder and member of the board.
I am certain that their experience and qualifications will be a valuable asset for the future of our company.”

Lamigraf is a family company founded in 1976 in Barcelona with the aim of designing, developing and manufacturing décors oriented to surfaces for furniture and flooring industries. 42 years later Lamigraf operates manufacturing facilities in Spain, Germany and Brazil and commercial offices in Shanghai (China), Istanbul (Turkey), St. Louis (USA) and Bangkok (Thailand).
