SWITZERLAND - Arbonia is expanding its presence in Europe's interior and special door markets through acquisitions.

Dimoldura, a leader in wooden interior doors in Spain, Portugal, and France, and Lignis, a Czech specialist in functional doors, are now part of Arbonia's portfolio.

These acquisitions align with Arbonia's strategy to become a market leader in Europe. Dimoldura's revenue in 2023 was around EUR 120 million, with strong growth and efficient production.

Lignis, with revenue of approximately EUR 14 million in 2023, adds to Arbonia's strength in Czechia and Slovakia.

Both companies contribute to Arbonia's goal of expanding its market share and enhancing its product offerings.

Arbonia is a focused Swiss building components supplier with two divisions that are active in the areas of indoor climate and interior doors. Its main production sites are located in Switzerland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, Serbia, Russia, Italy and Belgium.
