GERMANY - Pallmann, a subsidiary of Siempelkamp based in Zweibrücken, Germany, has acquired Febs SK s.r.o., a Slovakian company located in Mytne Ludany.

This acquisition consolidates all activities of the former Febs spol. s.r.o. under one entity. By integrating Febs SK, Pallmann expands its capabilities in the complete woodyard sector, particularly in conveying technology, enhancing its value proposition.

The acquisition also leverages Febs' specialized experience in planning, designing, manufacturing, and delivering systems and components for mechanical conveying, which aligns with Pallmann's position as a leading provider of size reduction technology.

Uwe Wagner, Managing Director of Pallmann, anticipates synergies from combining the intellectual property of both companies, broadening their portfolio, and facilitating new developments under the unified principle of "everything from one source," benefiting customers of both entities.
