SPAIN - According to data provided by Estacom, from January to December 2022 Spanish furniture exports show an increase of 13%, exceeding 2,954 million euros.

This is a very significant annual growth, since, despite the difficulties the market is going through, the results exceed those obtained in the years prior to Covid-19.

France holds the leadership with 28.4% of total Spanish furniture exports, and a growth of 5.2% in the year 2022.

The second most important destination after France is Portugal, with an increase in Spanish furniture

growth in its purchases of Spanish furniture of 19.6%, which represents more than EUR 436.8 million. The United States, with an increase of 17%, is positioned in third place in the ranking of destinations for Spanish furniture worldwide at the end of 2022.

Italy is also included in the ranking of the top 10 destinations,

the United Kingdom, Morocco, the Netherlands, Mexico and Belgium, all of them with substantial with important increases.
