COLOMBIA - Koelnmesse and the International Center for Business and Exhibitions of Bogotá, Corferias, have informed that the interzum bogota fair - initially scheduled to be held from 26 to 29 May this year - is rescheduled to take place from 2 to 5 February 2021.

This decision is in response to legal and international obligations regarding the emergency generated by COVID-19, the recommendations of the World Health Organization, the increase of restrictions on flights and tourism, in addition to the Colombian government's restrictions on visiting internationals to prevent the spread of the virus and the higher priority of the health of exhibitors, visitors and public of the fair. The decision was made after a deliberation on practicality in order to ensure a better experience some months after the impact of the virus is reduced globally.

interzum bogota, the trade fair for industrial wood processing and furniture manufacturing for the Andean Region, Central America and the Caribbean will continue to take place in the grounds of Corferias with an exhibition that offers a complete experience for the industries of woodworking machinery for wood processing and furniture manufacturing; of tools and equipment for the transformation of surfaces, components and accessories; of natural and synthetic materials and textiles; of reforestation technologies and developments in the hardware and tools segments.
