MEXICO - The Mexican Association of Vendors of the Timber and Furniture Industry (AMPIMM) and the organizer of commercial exhibitions Hannover Fairs Mexico announced today the signing of a long-term collaboration agreement between both organizations with the aim of giving a greater boost to the sectors of wood and furniture in Mexico.

Thanks to this agreement, from 2019 AMPIMM and Hannover Fairs Mexico will join efforts around the exhibition Magna Expo Mueblera (MEM) Industrial, which will celebrate its 25th edition next January, to provide the wood and furniture industries with a platform of business that generates greater opportunities for marketing and networking, that facilitates the exchange of information and ideas, and that offers training and relevant content for the development of the sector.

Under a strategic alliance scheme, the synergies resulting from this collaboration will allow the consolidation of what is already the most important supply event in machinery, equipment, materials and supplies for the transformation of wood and furniture manufacturing, allowing to expand the call of participation to new companies and groups of product, and facilitating the attraction of professional buyers of all the related sectors.

Magna Expo Mueblera Industrial is presented annually in Mexico City, and will celebrate its 25th anniversary from January 16 to 18, 2019 at the Citibanamex Center, with the participation of more than 100 companies from the different product segments related to these industries.

From this edition, within the framework of the agreement, AMPIMM will exclusively provide MEM Industrial with information and contents for the integration of the educational program that accompanies the event, as well as celebrate various dissemination activities among its members.For its part, MEM Industrial will offer spaces and facilities for the presentation of AMPIMM as a strategic partner and of its member companies in the commercial exhibition, in addition to disseminating and promoting the programs and activities that the association develops in the context of this great business meeting.
