SPAIN – Feria Valencia, organizer of FIMMA – Maderalia  (6-9 February 2018) reports a 15 % increase in exhibition area as the global industry leaders confirm their participation. 

Eight months before a new edition of FIMMA - Maderalia opens its doors at Feria Valencia, the sector's biennial event has exceeded expectations. After a first marketing activity in the international markets and the start of a promotion campaign at a national level, FIMMA has already received area reservations and participation confirmations from the world’s leading suppliers of machinery and technology for the woodworking industry. Such as Homag, Weinig Holz-Her or Altendorf from Germany, Austrian Felder, Italian Biesse and SCM and Barberán, Virutex, Biele, Preziss, Disber-COMEVA, Rierge and Machinery Cecilio from host country Spain.

For its part, Maderalia has also received the backing of global brands that not only bet on the competence this event to take place at the grounds of Feria Valencia as a business platform for the Mediterranean, Maghreb arc and Latin America, but in many cases will substantially increase the volume of its stand area. One example will be the multinational Sonae -Arauco, which is preparing a large exhibition in Maderalia 2018, as well as international companies such as Blum, Hettich, Häfele, Titus Plus, Salice, Renner, ICA, IVM Chemicals or Kesseböhmer.

Maderalia also has received the confirmation of leading Spanish supplying companies for the woodworking industry, active in the national and international markets. Brands like Indaux, Emuca, DB Group, Kupsa Coatings, Tafisub, Mecca-System, Valresa, Syskor, La Paz, Servicanto, Vergés, Cucine Oggi, Garnica, Verdú, Plastimodul, Cantisa or Mengual.

All this activity translates in a 15% increase in the space reserved by exhibitors when compared against the same sales stage of the previous edition (2016) when there are still eight months to hold. FIMMA – Maderalia 2018 plans to occupy pavilions 8, N2P7, N3P7 and N3P6 of Feria Valencia, and offering direct connection with the exhibition area of CEVISAMA.
