BRAZIL -Expo Revestir, held from March 7th to 10th, 2017, at the Transamerica Expo Center in São Paulo, ended with a record of more than 68 thousand visitors, representing an increase in attendance of 8.7% compared to the 2016 edition.
In the 40 thousand square meters, distributed in seven pavilions, new products and innovations were exhibited in the segments of ceramics, sanitary ware, kitchen and bathroom fittings, ornamental stones, wall and flooring laminates, and other solutions for architectural projects and interior design. Exhibiting companies included Arauco, Cosentino, Duratex, Eucafloor, Formica, Pertech and Promob, among many others.
According to Antonio Carlos Kieling, president of Expo Revestir and superintendent of ANFACER, "After 15 years, the fair has consolidated as the main opportunity to boost new business, especially exports in the sector". Lauro Andrade Filho, general director of events, said: "This edition was surprising by the record of visitors, unprecedented content and inspirational releases."
As a joint event to the fair, the International Architecture and Construction Forum took place with more than 3.5 thousand highly qualified professionals who attended the lectures of top national and international experts.
The next Expo Revestir will take place from March 6-9, 2018.
