COLOMBIA - From 24 to 27 August in Medellin Expocamacol 2016, the most important fair of the construction sector in Colombia in its XXII edition is preparing for more than 54,000 visitors and 440 exhibitors who will network, conduct business, exchange views and updates on issues related to construction, architecture and design.

Organized by the Colombian Chamber of Construction - CAMACOL and operated by CAMACOL Antioquia, the fair will cover more than 24 thousand square meters in 11 halls of Plaza Mayor Medellin, with exhibitions of architecture, design, finishes, lighting, construction equipment, building systems, materials, machinery, among others.

"For this edition, we aim to exceed the figure of more than 2,000 business appointments with 201 entrepreneurs achieved in 2014, members of the trade mission coordinated by ProColombia," said Clara Ferrer, Director of Fairs at CAMACOL Antioquia.

Portugal will be the guest country through the Portuguese-Colombian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ensuring the participation of entrepreneurs in the supply sector, presence of experts in the academic agenda and the special exhibition of high-impact innovations of the Portuguese construction industry.
