BRAZIL (Notifix).- Movergs, association of furniture manufacturers of Rio Grande do Sul (RS), reports a good start in 2013 for its members’ mission to recover the lost ground in the international markets in recent years.

After being the only Brazilian state that achieved growth in this segment in 2012, RS continues to top the list of furniture exporting states in the country in the first month of this year, followed by Santa Catarina and Parana. With US$11.8 million in exports, RS represents 26.6% of Brazil's January international furniture sales.
