BRAZIL (CGI Moveis).- In the January - May period Uruguay became the main destination for furniture exports from the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul, overcoming the

UK and Argentina. In the same period in 2010 exports to the UK and Argentina totaled US $12.6 and US $8.3 million respectively, while shipments to Uruguay totaled USD 8.0 million. But in 2011 exports to the UK and Argentina fell by 27.4 and 22.3%, while shipments to Uruguay were up by 17.4%.Destino de las exportaciones de muebles de Rio Grande do Sul
