ITALY – Xylexpo 2020 has set the dates for the 2020 edition.

The Rimini event will take place from November 10-13 this year. The decision was made by the Board of Directors of Cepra, the operating arm of Acimall, the Italian woodworking technology association, and the owners of the exhibition. As such, the event will move away from the traditional date in May, due to the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic across the entire planet.

“This is going to be a very different edition from those we have been used to, but it will allow the entire supply chain to meet again and look ahead, after missing a key event for wood and furniture technology”, said president Lorenzo Primultini.

Xylexpo is considered one of the most important trade fairs for the global wood processing industry. The show constitutes an ideal space where professionals from around the world can examine and experience the latest wood processing technologies, materials and components for furniture manufacture.
