SWEDEN –    Välinge Innovation has strengthened its presence in Asia-Pacific by opening a new sales and technical support office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The move supports the company’s long-term strategy to deepen regional engagement and better assist partners across the growing flooring and furniture markets.

The office was officially inaugurated on 18 November at the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers, where industry professionals gathered to meet Välinge’s leadership, explore recent technology developments and learn more about the company’s services in Vietnam.

“This is an important investment as we expand across Asia-Pacific,” said CEO Niclas Håkansson. “The Vietnam office enhances our ability to support local licensees and our global partner network.”

The new hub will provide sales assistance, technical guidance, training and on-site expertise to help manufacturers improve performance, quality and efficiency.

“With experts on the ground, we can deliver faster, more specialised support and strengthen cooperation with partners across the region,” added Magnus Holgesson, Regional Manager Asia.

Välinge’s expansion comes as global supply chains and production patterns continue to shift. The company supports importers, distributors and manufacturers in building reliable, long-term partnerships and staying competitive in a rapidly evolving market.

The Vietnam office follows other regional investments, including a warehouse in Thailand for components used in Välinge’s flooring and furniture locking systems, reinforcing the company’s commitment to comprehensive local support throughout Asia-Pacific.
