USA – The United States imported a total of USD 13.5 billion in wooden furniture in 2024, reflecting a 6.6% increase over 2023.

This growth was driven primarily by Vietnam, which strengthened its position as the top supplier with USD 5.54 billion in exports—a sharp 18.4% rise year-over-year.
Other notable growth contributors include Cambodia, which recorded the largest percentage increase at 31.6%, reaching USD 140.9 million, and Malaysia, up 11.1% to USD 936.9 million.
Thailand and Italy also saw positive growth at 5.3% and 2.4%, respectively.
Meanwhile, China, the second-largest supplier, experienced a 1.6% decline, totaling USD 1.3 billion, while Canada dropped 4% to USD 1.32 billion.
Significant declines were seen in Germany (-22.2%), Brazil (-11.8%), and Lithuania (-6.3%).
Despite geopolitical tensions and shifting trade dynamics, U.S. demand for imported wooden furniture remains strong, with Southeast Asian countries continuing to gain market share.
