GERMANY – LivingKitchen will welcome around 50 new exhibitors as well returning exhibitors in the 2015 edition that will take place parallel to imm cologne from 19 – 25 January.
The organizer, Koelnmesse, has also stepped up its marketing campaign to attract visitors from abroad. Resulting in many groups from important key markets that have already confirmed their participation at the fair in Cologne this January. “LivingKitchen is a powerful magnet. We are noticing a really strong pull, not just in Germany – the home of the kitchen – but far across borders too, on exhibitors as well as visitors expected”, says project manager Eike Fuchs.As of September 2014, around 90% of the available space in Halls 4.1, 4.2 and 5.2 was already reserved.
Among the exhibitors are loyal big name brands like Blanco, Bosch-Siemens-Hausgeräte (home appliances), Franke, Häcker Küchen, Lechner, Leicht, Miele, Nobilia, Schüller and zeyko. But LivingKitchen also expects many first-time exhibitors as well as exhibitors returning to the fair in 2015, among them such well-known brands as Grohe, Panasonic, Strasser Steine, Aga/Falcon and premium manufacturers like SieMatic, Ewe Küchen and Paxmann. “Alongside the established exhibitors at LivingKitchen, we have succeeded in attracting around 50 new exhibitors to our fair, more than half of whom come from abroad. All in all, we are offering a whole new raft of exhibitors who are bringing fresh looks and accents and successful business to the event.

Alongside the exhibitors, Koelnmesse has also been focusing on visitor acquisition at home and abroad for months now. A particular emphasis has been placed on key markets like Russia, China and the USA. With the percentage of visitors from abroad at more than 50% (up from 42% in 2013), LivingKitchen 2015 promises to be an extremely international fair. Altogether, the fair duo of LivingKitchen and imm cologne expects to attract over 150,000 visitors.
