BRAZIL (Notifix).- Colombia, one of the target markets of the Brazilian Furniture Project, has the potential to increase its imports of furniture produced in Brazil.
The survey also found that 63% of respondents have some or much expectation for furniture from Brazil, with a slightly greater receptivity being recorded in the socio-economic segments A and B. Those who definitely or probably would buy Brazilian furniture claim as the main reasons for this design and aesthetics.
“There is room for sales growth of furniture from Brazil to Colombia, a country that has been showing a steady economic development over the past years. Initiatives such as the realization of this mission prospectively help to better understand the peculiarities of the market, increasing the chances of effective business of Brazilian companies interested,” notes Adriana.
The Brazilian Furniture Project is developed in conjunction with the Brazilian Agency for Promotion of Exports and Investments (Apex-Brazil), the Union of Industries of Wood and Furniture of the Federal District (SINDIMAM) and the Brazilian Association of Furniture Industries (Abimóvel).
