SPAIN – FIMMA 2016 confirms the participation of Homag, Holzher – Weinig, Biesse, SCM Group, Felder and Barberán at the event to be held from 2 to 5 February in Valencia, Spain. 

The FIMMA expo will be located in Hall 7 at Feria Valencia with more than 10,000 square meters of exhibition. FIMMA, the International Fair of Machinery and Tools for Furniture, Woodworking & Furnishings coincides with Maderalia, Cevisama (and its new offer Espacio Cocina) and Feria Habitat Valencia.

“We are proud to have in our fair major global operators in the sector, who have relied on FIMMA as one of Europe’s leading showcases,” explains Miguel Bixquert, director of the expo, who confirms that “just under five months for the start of the fair, the marketing process is looking better than expected”.

With these confirmations, FIMMA will meet the goals set by the Organizing Committee, chaired by businessman Santiago Riera, of the Rierge company, to improve the offer and position FIMMA, along with Maderalia, as a leading biennial fair in the industry of professional technology and solutions for wood, furniture, woodwork and decor.

The approach required a new location and moving the machinery sector to Hall 7 of Feria Valencia. It is an exhibition area that joins the showcase of all events that are part of the initiative ‘See You in Valencia’ and that responds to the specific needs of the machinery sector, as spaces and wide corridors and facilitate logistics, loading and unloading of complex systems and processes related to these exhibitors.

Specifically, the exhibition area of FIMMA be placed on an area of over 10,000 square meters of exhibition floor level of Hall 7, which connects directly to Habitat, Maderalia and Cevisama and allows the constant flow of visitors.
