GERMANY – The interzum Award 2025 is now open for entries from exhibitors participating in Interzum 2025.

The award is looking for innovative and sustainable solutions across the categories of Function & Components, Materials & Nature, Textile & Machinery, and a newly introduced category, Rethinking Resources. The deadline for submissions is February 21, 2025.

The new Rethinking Resources category focuses on circular and biobased solutions. It highlights products that demonstrate sustainable material use, such as designs that support reuse, repair, recycling, or solutions that utilize renewable, environmentally friendly materials.

This aligns with Interzum’s overarching commitment to sustainability, and the award will showcase cutting-edge innovations in sustainable product design.

Award-winning projects will be displayed during Interzum 2025 (May 20–23) and will also be featured in an online exhibition at www.interzum.de/award.

Eligible participants must be exhibitors at Interzum 2025, with a one-time entry fee of EUR 990. The jury will evaluate submissions based on design quality, innovation, and sustainability.
