ARGENTINA – Fitecma 2025, the main Argentinian trade show for the wood and furniture industry, has reached a record by selling out its entire exhibition space five months ahead of the event, a milestone that hasn’t occurred in the past 10 editions.

 “In January, we finalized contracts with the companies that secured the last available meters,” said Nicolás De Gennaro, the event’s executive director. This led the Fitecma 2025 organizing committee to open a special area to accommodate both stand expansions and high market demand, situations already considered in the event’s commercial planning.

The newly opened sector covers over 200 m², with lots starting from 9 m². “We could have declared it sold out, but our goal is to make sure no one is left out of Fitecma if they wish to participate,” explained De Gennaro. He added that their strategy also accounts for companies that make their investment decisions at the beginning of the year.

However, De Gennaro emphasized the importance of checking space availability as soon as possible, given that half of the space is already committed and could be sold out quickly. With more than 100 confirmed exhibitors and 350 brands from various sectors, Fitecma 2025 is set to showcase the entire wood industry value chain.

“After three years without being held, the market awaits this edition with great expectations”, concluded De Gennaro.
