BRAZIL – Brazilian wooden furniture exports reached USD 74.66 million in November 2021 compared to USD 55.14 million in the same month 2020, an increase of 35.4 per cent. Compared to USD 45.56 million exported in November 2019 it represents an increase of 38.9 per cent.
Chile bettered the United Kingdom becoming the second external market in importance for Brazilian wooden furniture in November 2021 reaching USD 7.78 million and important improvement of 92.2%. Exports to the United Kingdom reached USD 6.87 million in November 2021.
Wooden furniture exports to Peru and Uruguay followed with USD 4.71 million and USD 3.49 respectively and represented strong increases of 89.7 per cent and 50.1 per cent compared to November 2020.
