USA - Bestar, who acquired Bush Industries Inc. at the beginning of 2020, announced its new corporate brand, eSolutions Furniture Group.

The business will sell residential and commercial furniture on the international market.

eSolutions Furniture Group will serve as the parent company which will continue to manufacture it’s fine Bestar, Bush Furniture, Bush Business Furniture and Kathy Ireland branded products.

“The acquisition has allowed us to expand our capacity for new products, manufacturing and delivery capabilities,” said Mark Weppner, executive vice president of marketing and product design. “The creation of eSolutions Furniture Group now opens up new opportunities for us to innovate and offer our customers a wider range of products and categories.”

Both companies, Bestar and Bush specialize in the manufacture of ready-to-assemble furniture.
