Colombian RTA furniture exports up 7.6%

COLOMBIA (Notifix).- Colombian flat pack furniture exports were up 7.6% in the first two months of the year compared to the same period 2011. Even with a considerable

decrease of more than 80% of shipments to Chile, the main market in 2011, and an important strengthening of the peso, Colombian manufacturers were able to grow in other regional markets. Important growth was achieved in sales to Ecuador, Venezuela, Mexico, Peru and Costa Rica. Moduart was again the ranking's leading exporter.Colombia, destino de las exportaciones de muebles RTA
