USA (Notifix).- Knoll Inc. announced results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2010. Net sales were $202.1 million for the quarter, an increase of 11.5% over the

third quarter 2009. Operating profit was $19.1 million, an increase of 13.7% over the third quarter 2009. Sequentially, net sales increased $9.8 million, or 5.1%, and operating profit increased $7.2 million, or 60%, when compared with the second quarter of 2010."We are in the midst of a genuine recovery in demand," commented Andrew Cogan, Knoll's CEO.
