ITALY – The world’s top 200 furniture manufacturers have collectively reached a turnover of approximately USD 160 billion, according to the latest report from CSIL.

Between 2019 and 2023, these companies significantly outpaced the broader industry in growth, showcasing their strategic adaptability in the face of unprecedented challenges.
CSIL attributes this strong performance to the resilience of leading firms, many of which have pivoted toward e-commerce and reshaped supply chains to better meet shifting consumer demands. These 200 companies are headquartered across 29 countries, with Asia-Pacific firms representing nearly 53% of the total turnover.
The concentration of power within this group continues to rise, with the top 200 now responsible for over 28% of global furniture production. The report also highlights an increase in the average size of these companies, with notable variations depending on geographical location.
