BRAZIL – Brazilian furniture producer, Ditália, presented at the recent Movelsul furniture show in Bento Gonçalves, RS a sideboard and TV table from its new product range featuring Threespine® assembly technology.
With the new range, Ditália plans to offer compact, attractive and easily assembled products.
“Most people buying a piece of furniture lack assembly experience. Our opinion is that Threespine is the most effective way to make assembly both easy and enjoyable for everyone”, says Ditália Marketing and Sales Director Renan Capoani.
Founded in 1990, Ditália today manufactures furniture for most home environments. When the company first came across Threespine, it had been looking for ways to make assembly more efficient while simultaneously improving the quality and appearance of its products. After evaluation and testing, Ditália signed a license agreement with Välinge earlier this year and are now ready to reap to the benefits.
“While the customers will appreciate the obvious benefits related to assembly, we have also identified packaging as an area we now can improve. Without the need for traditional fittings and other hardware, we can now optimize the packaging to save volume and to reduce the risk of damages during transportation”, says Renan Capoani.
The first range of products with Threespine technology will consist of living room furniture, but Ditália is also planning to launch later this year products for other areas of the home, such as kitchens and bedrooms.
