ITALY – Within the current month of September will be completed an agreement that will bring Investindustrial, through its subsidiary B&B Italia, to become majority partner of Arclinea Arredamenti S.p.A..

The Fortuna family, that has been the sole shareholder of Arclinea Arredamenti S.p.A., will remain in the company with a minority stake and continue to lead the company operationally with Silvio Fortuna as President.

The operation will enable B&B Italia – a leader for more than 50 years in outdoor and indoor designer furniture – the opportunity to expand its product portfolio and enter the designer kitchen market segment. For Arclinea this is an opportunity to accelerate its growth plans, and to share development projects in the world market: retail and contract.
