SWEDEN - The kitchen range Signatur Sandell Marbodal received the ‘Kitchen of the year’ award at the ELLE Decoration Swedish Design Awards 2018.

Marbodal is Sweden’s bestknown kitchen brand and part of the Nobia Group.

“We are extremely proud and pleased to have received this design award for Signatur Sandell Marbodal. It is a proof that the kitchen can be challenged in its traditional form, and that it is possible to develop new solutions with quality and design in focus”, says Annica Hagen, CEO Marbodal.

Described as “a functional and flexible kitchen, which exhibits a home décor feeling rather than just kitchen fittings”, Marbodal launched this kitchen range last year, and it has been developed in collaboration with the architect and furniture designer, Thomas Sandell. It is made up of several free-standing parts, so consumers can add their own signature to the kitchen and style, fit and use the different parts as required.
