Masisa launches new collection in Brazil

BRAZIL - Board manufacturer Masisa released this month its 2016 collection for the Brazilian market.

For its development the company combined the needs of the local market with the trends identified in major international industry events.

The main features of the new collection are:

  • The appreciation of nature through natural appearance décors and marked textures.
  • The chiaroscuro trend, including black and white contrasts - combined with woods, in light, medium or rustic designs.
  • The search for comfort and warmth in environments expressed through warm materials, such as textiles.
  • The Mix and Match movement, mixing styles and cultures, in search of personalization.

The Masisa 2016 collection is a trip around the world. Created to bring sophistication and cultural plurality of different continents to any project. The journey begins in Turkey’s Marmara region, where the East and West meet. The result is the Marmara décors, with classic walnut designs that translate the movement and beauty of this region. The next stop is the British Empire, from Delhi and London, from classic English tweed to Indian Cinnamon and Oak. Then to the rustic decors inspired by the Atacama dessert and the color references of Africa’s flora and fauna.
