The winners of the 2013 International Design Award have been chosen

GERMANY (Notifix).- The International Design Award 2013 attracted entries from 46 countries. The panel of high-profile experts judging the 9th International Design Award assessed the competition entries on the subject of "Beyond the edge". This year’s award winners come from Belgium, Russia, Korea and Germany.

The objective of the International Design Award, IDA, is to foster talents and demonstrate trends and visions of tomorrow through fresh thinking. Staged every two years by Hettich and Rehau, the competition invites design students from all over the world to create forward-pointing, innovative and unusual solutions in furniture design and furniture-making. On top of the distinction winners receive cash prizes.
