COLOMBIA – In a series of conferences that took place between July 24 and 26 in Colombia, Brazilian designer Brunno Jahara, Interprint’s ambassador, and design engineer Isabel Cristina Restrepo spoke about co-creation to a prestigious public of architecture and design professionals in the cities of Medellin, Bogota and Cali.
Interprint, is a leader in the market of decor design that acts as a supplier of the wood paneling and furniture industry. Interprint’s décor enhance pieces of furniture, floors and interior design. Under the direction of Lourdes Manzanares, Interprint has a strong presence in Latin America since 2011, when it opened its commercial office in Brazil. And, since the second half of 2015, with the most modern factory in the region, installed in São José dos Pinhais, in the state of Paraná, in southern Brazil, serving all of Latin America.
For its part, Duratex Colombia, founded in 1988, is the largest manufacturer of engineered boards in the country and is currently part of the Duratex Group of Brazil. Headquartered in Medellin, it operates particleboard production plants in Manizales, Caldas (capacity 38,000m3 / year) and Yarumal, Antioquia (capacity 72,000m3 / year) and a modern plant for the production of MDF in Barbosa Antioquia (capacity 132,000m3) / year) with melamine lamination capacity.
