BRAZIL – Berneck debuts at the High Design Expo in Sao Paulo with its new Origen Collection, launches in BP melamine and the sponsorship of the Salão Design Award.

797BERNECK2 In its 3rd edition, the High Design event is held from August 28 to 30 as an anchor event of DW! Design Weekend São Paulo. Its organizers expect to receive more than 20 thousand visitors for this edition, among them architects, interior designers, merchants, international buyers, builders and specifiers of hotel networks. “It is a great opportunity to consolidate our presence in the market of architecture and interior design,” says Graça Berneck Gnoatto, commercial and marketing director.

The Berneck Origins Collection, launched in July during ForMóbile 2018, focuses on designs and colors that refer to natural elements such as earthy tones and traditional woods, as well as re-thinking other easily applicable materials for interiors.

“Our panels and patterns – woods, trend colors and fantasy designs – follow global trends and perfectly serve residential and corporate projects. Therefore, our commitment to High Design to generate new business,” explains Graça Berneck. “We work to demystify design and approach the way of life of all, regardless of the decoration style.”

To meet the audience of professionals who visit High Design, Berneck presents seven new BP melamine designs: Ceramik, Lead, Cinnamon, Galiano, Marquina, Millennial and Panama. The new designs, applied on MDF, MDP and HDF panel surfaces, can be used in the production of serial furniture and furniture to order, in interior projects as well as retail and commercial establishments. This offer is complemented by the company’s portfolio comprising 45 other line designs.

The main objective of High Design is to boost the design by author, which was taken into account by Berneck when choosing to participate as a brand sponsor of the Salão Design Award in its 22nd edition, an initiative that reveals new talents in furniture design, and that presents the winner’s projects in the framework of the High Design fair. In the 2018 edition, the winning projects are from Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay. The award’s stand, organized by the Furniture Industry Union of Bento Gonçalves (Sindmóveis Bento Gonçalves), will also have exclusive programming content. On the 28th, at 2:30 p.m., a conference will be offered on “Macro trends and consumer trends and the relationship with the Furniture & Design market” by Andrea Colin Corrêa, Product and Marketing Supervisor at Berneck, and Carolina Vitola of Interprint.
