GERMANY - As of November 1st, 2022, Dr. Boris Gorella, CEO of the Pfleiderer Group, will be leaving his executive functions at Pfleiderer in order to pursue other activities.

He will continue to support Silekol – Pfleiderer´s resin activities - in an advisory role. As of the same date, Dr. Frank Herrmann, COO, will be promoted to Pfleiderer CEO.

Miguel Kohlmann, Chairman of the Pfleiderer´s Supervisory Board said: “I would like to thank Boris Gorella for his contribution over the last two years, where Pfleiderer has achieved record results. We are

looking forward to working with him in an advisory function at Silekol”. He also added: “I am convinced that Frank Herrmann and the management team have the ability to continue Pfleiderer´s great

development in the industry. They will be able to steer the company through the current challenging market environment making it stronger and preparing it for future growth.”

Pfleiderer specializes in the production of wood-based materials, especially medium-density fibreboard and particle board.
