"Choose to be unique" Sadepan’s differentiating concept for customers

ARGENTINA - Sadepan Latinamericana, Argentine manufacturer of melamine panels and a subsidiary of Gruppo Mauro Saviola of Italy, offers its customers exclusive designs of melamine boards with the corresponding edgebanding under the concept “Choose to be unique”.

With this approach, each client has the advantage of customizing their products by choosing an exclusive design outside Sadepan’s conventional color catalog, claiming a color directly under their own brand. The customer can select a specific melamine design, thanks to the variety of colors developed by Gruppo Mauro Saviola, with a guarantee of exclusive design and the avant-garde Italian label. "This business strategy is developed and defined so that each customer has an exclusive agreement with the design for a determined period of  time, set by both parts," says Arq.Karin Dolinka, head of marketing at Sadepan. "In Sadepan our focus is the customer, to offer each the advantages to promote sales and generate variety and 'unique' trends," she added.

Gruppo Mauro Saviola, the parent company, is a corporation that manufactures a complete range of products for the furniture industry. From the production of melamine boards, edgebanding, backings, chemicals and resins to the manufacturing of RTA furniture, where it is one of the top suppliers of Europe’s retail.

The Group acquires decor papers for their melamine boards directly from world leading manufacturers, selected by a team of specialists in fashion and trends and applicable in consumer markets and niche markets. This allows Sadepan, its subsidiary in Argentina, the element of the "Made in Italy" differentiating advantage, in defining its catalog on the availability of colors, patterns and textures from the Gruppo Saviola range of about a thousand possibilities. In this process Sadepan adapts its selection to fit the needs of the local market and of its export markets, mainly in central South America. "The trends of the local markets are still a step back from the trends in Europe. But the gap between us has reduced considerably due to flow of information by communications and social networks that peak our curiosity. And our Italian design is a guarantee of elegance, glamor, good taste, and above a source or trends", adds Karin Dolinka in exclusive interview with Notifix.
