GERMANY - EGGER presented 12 new cork+ flooring decors for distributors and 12 additional decor innovations for the do-it-yourself segment at Domotex, the world’s leading trade fair for floor coverings in Hannover.

The EGGER exhibition stand with a size of approximately 230 m2 (2,476 square feet) was created so that each flooring design transitioned into a screen with matching imagery. EGGER vividly presented the innovative further development of flooring designs with these impressive “Imagination Cinema” elements.

Natural wood types, particularly with the appearance of oak, form the focal point of the new EGGER cork+ decors. Seven of which are now also offered in the new floor board format: large (1,292 x 245 mm (50.87” x 9.65”)). “As the floor boards are wider, rooms appear visually larger with a free, open atmosphere,” reveals Michael Gerbl, Head of Marketing & PM EGGER Retail Products.

With the expanded “Megafloor” DIY collection, EGGER is presenting new and unusual designs under the motto “Second Use”. Ranging from unconventional to elegant, they offer plenty of freedom for individual design possibilities.

In great diversity, all of these new flooring decors from EGGER reflect the trend of reproducing natural materials as authentically as possible. Also innovative textures make the tactile experience of the decors possible.
