CHILE (Notifix).- Masisa successfully issued two series of bonds totaling UF 2,000,000 (USD 90 million) in a transaction considered successful by the company and by advising agents BCI Asesores Financieros S.A and Scotiabank Chile. It is notable that this operation recorded an excess in demand of 100% of the amount placed. The proceeds of the placement will be used in refinancing liabilities and covering costs associated with the placement.
