URUGUAY (El País).- Urupanel's creditors postponed for the third time the meeting to settle the debt of the company to April 30. According to El Pais, the head of Legal Services of the Trade Defence League(Lideco) Fernando Cabrera, who acts as auditor of the Urupanel bankruptcy procedings, most creditors agreed to postpone the meeting until next month , with the judge?s endorsement, since the company "said it is negotiating with secured creditor banks ( BBVA and Germany's DEG) because it is making efforts to seek an investor that would acquire the firm and make possible an agreement." This would be the last alternative so far that would prevent the liquidation of the company that has its factory in Tacuarembó.
