Term of the bonds will be 10 years. Annual interest rate is 4.75%. The principal will be paid on January 11, 2022, date in which the bonds' term ends. Interest will be paid on a semester basis. Funds resulting from this issuance will be used to refinance the Company's liabilities and for other corporate purposes.
