COLOMBIA (Notifix) .- With events in Medellin and Bogota, Colombian board manufacturer Tablemac launched last week the Faus laminate flooring collection. With this exclusive representation, Tablemac is venturing into a market whose size is estimated at three million square meters a year. In the initial stage Faus portfolio in Colombia consist of 18 designs in all: 13 wood designs, 2 stone and 3 ceramic. There are several patented innovations in the design of the Faus flooring. Also highlighted is their unconventional format where the boards have a length of 1.2 meters and width of 30 or 40 cm compared to traditional boards whose measures range from 1 - 1.2 meters long and 18 to 20 centimeters wide.Faus currently exports 80% of its production to over 45 countries worldwide. Its headquarters are in Gandia, Spain and is present in America with a production plant and sales office in Georgia, USA. Faus is part of Spanish Finsa Group.
