Brazil (Notifix).- For the Brazilian board manufacturer Eucatex, celebrating this year its 60 year anniversary, net revenue reached BRR 794.0 million in 2010, up 19.1% over 2009. In 4Q10, growth in volume of Laminate Flooring and Paints for Construction, 46.1% and 14.5% respectively. Accumulated for 2010, these percentages were 42.7% in Flooring and 23.1% in Paints.Gross margin of 32.2% in 2010, up 2.6 percentage points compared to 2009. Recurring EBITDA of BRR 158.9 million against BRR 118.2 million in 2009, up 34.4%. During the period another highlight was the start of production in October 2010 of the new line of T-HDF/MDF in Salto.
