Austria (Notifix).- Kronospan announced it has completed an investment into SFC Entegre Orman Urunleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. based in Kastamonu, Turkey. SFC is a producer of medium/high density fibreboard, particle board and melamine faced board for the Turkish market, with exports to the Middle East. SFC also produces resin and formaldehyde for its own board production via its wholly owned subsidiary Baks Bati Kimya AS, which is included in this transaction. The existing management of SFC led by Kerem Hasan Ceritoglu will continue to manage SFC and together with Kronospan it is working on opportunities to further develop the business.
