Chile (Notifix).- Masisa has constituted Masisa Ecoenergía S.A., a company dedicated to the production and marketing of wood biomass for all type of energy uses, and for the generation, cogeneration, acquisition, supply and sale of electric and caloric energy obtained through wood biomass. The affiliate will be a Chilean company of which 99% of its shares will belong to Masisa and the remaining 1% will be owned by Masisa Overseas, another affiliate of Masisa.
