Tecnotabla participates in MEM Industrial 2020
MEXICO – In addition to its stand on the show, Tecnotabla, the first manufacturer of MDF and sustainable laminated panels in Mexico will be present at the MEM Industrial 2020 fair, with academic conferences and the support of different activities, including the Makathon Makers for Good.
Tecnotabla will have an exhibition area of 36 m2, where visitors can get to know the manufacturing process of its products, from the tree to the board. The company will showcase its line of laminated panels and veneers produced at its German technology plant with a production capacity of 280 thousand m3 of boards which is 100% sustainable thanks to the guaranteed supply of wood from its FSC® certified eucalyptus plantations.
In addition, the plant contemplates the efficient cogeneration of energy based on natural gas and biomass, as well as the manufacture of resins, guaranteeing the best quality and sustainability of its boards.
Tecnotabla will also be actively participating in the Makathon Makers for Good event to be held during the MEM Industrial fair. Makers for Good will showcase the creations of 12 design teams that will share their furniture projects, designed and manufactured with Tecnotabla laminates.
These talented teams will share their experience and their creative and manufacturing processes and participate in the contest hoping to get first place.
In addition, Dr. Marynor Elena Ortega Ramírez, Research and Development Manager at Tecnotabla will give the conference on January 24 at 14:00 hours “Advances in innovation and opportunities for sustainable forest production for southeast Mexico”.
Also, ARCUM by Tecnotabla, the piece designed by Emiliano Godoy and the brothers Mauricio and Sebastián Lara will be exhibiting at the MEM Industrial and will serve as a framework to award the participating speakers, as it will be placed in the conference area.
