U.S. – Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Premier EuroCase is a privately-held, full service panel processor established in 1987. Furthering their commitment to invest in the latest technologies and manufacturing processes, Premier EuroCase has announced their purchase of a third laser edgebander.
The recent acquisition to Homag’s subsidiary in the U.S., Stiles Machinery, bolsters Premier’s technology portfolio and secures their position as the largest zero-joint manufacturing company in North America.
Dedicated to providing their customers with the highest quality products and the industry’s fastest lead time, Premier has been diligent in investing in precision equipment that optimizes cost and efficiencies. The installation of the third laser edgebander addresses the companies continued growth of finished door and drawer components that call for a long-term, seamless bond. The new high-tech machine has multi-radius functionality that can simultaneously run several types of banding and produces the most optimal edge quality at a high cost-to-performance ratio. The material diversity of Premier’s product lines requires them to be versatile in production of component pieces. Premier offers laser edgebanded components in their Reflekt high-gloss and UltraMatte acrylic collections, as well as Roücke HD structured melamine.
“There is an immense amount of consideration when it comes to selecting the materials and equipment we are going to invest in,” Andy Wilzoch, President of Premier EuroCase said. “Our commitment to produce the finest quality products is a standard our customers expect from us. We exceed their expectations and stay a step ahead of competitors by continuously researching, testing, and investing in the best equipment available.” Wilzoch said.
