ECUADOR – With a visual and tactile language designed to evoke emotion, Pelíkano, the flagship brand of decorative panels by Novopan, officially launched its 2026 collection, “Tiempo de Sentir (Time to Feel),” during Casas Project in Guayaquil.
The event brought together architects, designers, and industry partners, who were among the first to experience the new textures, colors, and design trends set to define interior design in the coming year.
Among the key innovations are two new textures: an evolution of Synchro, offering deeper, more realistic wood grains, and a new metallic finish with a brushed surface that achieves a visual and tactile effect similar to real metal.
A highlight of the collection is the “Galápagos” color, developed using artificial intelligence tools and inspired by the volcanic sands of the Ecuadorian archipelago. Its refined tone and natural texture capture the strength and elegance of the islands’ landscape, resulting in a sophisticated and versatile design.
“‘Time to Feel’ is more than a collection; it’s a statement about emotional and lasting design. We considered every color, texture, and detail so that those who work with Pelíkano experience something truly unique—both visually and to the touch,” said Pamela Delgado, Novopan Brand Manager.
With this launch, Pelíkano reaffirms its position as a leader in decorative surface design and a trendsetter for the region’s interior design industry. “Time to Feel” not only transforms spaces—it redefines how people connect with them.
