ECUADOR – Novopan, a regional leader in wood panel production and decorative surface design, held its annual Workshop Pelíkano, bringing together international architects, designers, and industry experts.

The event, held on February 7, 2025, at Novopan’s headquarters, focused on selecting the colors and textures for the brand’s upcoming collection, tailored to meet the aesthetic and functional needs of each country.

This workshop, now in its eighth year, has become a key event in design and architecture. Approximately 100 professionals from Italy, Germany, Spain, Mexico, Colombia, and more gathered to collaborate and explore melamine’s design possibilities.

The event also included a tour of Pelíkano Experience Centers, where participants could interact with various design materials.

Pamela Delgado, Novopan’s Brand Manager, emphasized the importance of the workshop as a hub for innovation: “The Pelíkano Workshop is more than a gathering of experts; it’s a space for ideas, ensuring our collections are relevant and functional for each market.”

In addition to trend-setting, the event highlighted Novopan’s commitment to sustainability, with all materials meeting strict environmental standards and supporting a circular production model.
