GERMANY – Pfleiderer Holzwerkstoffe GmbH, which is property of Pfleiderer Grajewo (Poland), has entered agreement to acquire Nolte Group’s Germersheim-based particleboard manufacturing business which has a daily capacity of 1,500 m3 of particleboard, according to an adhoc press release published on May 18th. 

The Polish wood-based panel manufacturer informed the Polish financial regulator on 13 May of the signature of an agreement between Pfleiderer Holzwerkstoffe and Nolte SE.

Polish Pfleiderer Grajewo, owner of German Pfleiderer Holzwerkstoffe GmbH, specializes in the production of wood-based panel boards and is the largest manufacturer in Germany with an estimated annual capacity in that country of 2.3 million m3. The Nolte Group is one of the largest furniture manufacturers in Germany including Kitchen, Home and RTA furniture.
