Masisa has launched a new direct sales platform to drive its commercial and technological goals. Víctor Pérez, Masisa’s Commercial Solutions and Marketing Manager, explained that this move is designed to improve competitiveness by optimizing the product portfolio and enhancing service and logistics, following the successful direct sales model used in the U.S. and Canada for over 20 years.
Centralizing operations in Chile will ensure higher quality control and better integration, allowing Masisa to offer a unique value proposition and solidify its role as an essential industry partner. The company also plans to continue innovating and expanding its market presence, focusing on value and customer orientation to maintain its global leadership.
