USA – Martco LLC has successfully launched its third multi-opening OSB line from Dieffenbacher at its Corrigan, Texas plant.

This new line follows the company’s previous installations, including the first one in Oakdale, Louisiana in 2006, and the second at the same Corrigan site in April 2018. On June 8, 2024, Martco produced the first board on this latest line, which features advanced equipment such as a 4-head forming station, a CombiLine for efficient mat preparation, and an 8 x 24 feet, 16-opening press. The setup also includes an Intelligent Air Management System to ensure optimal air quality and a healthy working environment.

Martco CEO Roy O. Martin III praised the Intelligent Air Management System for improving workplace conditions and expressed satisfaction with the ongoing partnership with Dieffenbacher. Dieffenbacher CEO Christian Dieffenbacher noted the significance of the project, highlighting the joint anniversary celebrations of both companies—Martco’s 100th and Dieffenbacher’s 150th. Roy O. Martin also commended the team for their dedication and safe execution of the project, marking another milestone in their 40-year partnership with Dieffenbacher.
